Who we are
RevoPass is operated by Revo Space Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Decide before launch: Add the RC number, registered office address and a contact email. A payment provider’s compliance review will look for these.
What RevoPass does
RevoPass helps small businesses issue invoices and estimates, record expenses and payments, and see reports on what they are owed and what they have spent.
RevoPass is not an accountant, and nothing in it is accounting, tax or legal advice. Figures it produces — including VAT and withholding tax — are calculated from what you enter. You remain responsible for what you file with FIRS or any other authority, and for checking it first.
Your account
You must give accurate details when you sign up, and you must be entitled to act for the business you register. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your login is treated as done by you.
You can close your account at any time in Settings. Doing so closes your business and removes your login.
The free trial
Every new business starts on a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro. No card is required to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends.
When the trial ends, everything you created during it stays exactly where it is. You can still sign in, read your invoices and reports, add customers, and record payments against invoices you have already issued — so money owed to you can still be collected and recorded.
The one thing that stops is creating new invoices. For that you will need to choose a paid plan.
Plans and billing
Starter is ₦3,500 per month. Pro is ₦9,500 per month, or ₦90,000 paid yearly. Prices are in Naira.
Payment is taken in advance for the period you choose, through Squad (GTCO). Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, not straight away — you keep what you paid for until it runs out, and you can cancel a pending downgrade before then.
Decide before launch: State your refund position explicitly. The software does not refund anything today, so if you intend to offer refunds in any circumstance, say when — otherwise say plainly that payments are non-refundable except where Nigerian consumer law requires otherwise.

Payments from your customers
On Pro, your customers can pay an invoice online. That payment is processed by Squad (GTCO), and their terms govern the transaction itself. The gateway fee is borne by your business — your customer is charged exactly the amount shown on the invoice and no more.
RevoPass records the payment against the invoice when the provider confirms it. Settlement of the money into your bank account is handled by the provider on their own timetable, not by us.
Decide before launch: Decide who handles a chargeback or a disputed customer payment, and whether RevoPass takes any fee on invoice payments. If you take a share, it must be stated here and shown before the customer pays.
Your data belongs to you
The records you enter — your invoices, customers, expenses and receipts — are yours. We store and process them so the product can work, and we do not use them for anything else. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RevoPass to:
- issue invoices for anything unlawful, or that misstate what was supplied;
- impersonate another business or person;
- attempt to reach another business’s records, or probe the service for weaknesses;
- resell or rebrand RevoPass as your own product.
We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
Availability
We work to keep RevoPass available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.
Decide before launch: Only offer an uptime guarantee if you intend to honour and measure one. If you do not, leave this as written — an unmet promise here is worse than none.
Liability
Decide before launch: This clause must be written by your lawyer. It is the section that decides what happens if a business claims RevoPass cost them money, and a limit copied from another company’s terms may not be enforceable in Nigeria. Do not launch with this placeholder in place.
Ending these terms
You may stop using RevoPass at any time by closing your account. We may end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service.
Decide before launch: Decide how much notice you give if you discontinue the service, and how businesses get their records out before it closes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Decide before launch: Confirm with your lawyer where disputes are heard, and whether you want arbitration rather than the courts.
